To celebrate Huck 46: The Documentary Photography Special II, our annual celebration of visual storytelling, we are having a Huck website takeover – Shoot Your World – dedicated to the personal stories behind the photographs we love.
In this regular series, Answers On A Postcard, we ask photographers to get existential and respond to a visual q&a with their images.
Third up is London-based photographer and editor of the amazing Accent magazine – “a global celebration of lives lived outside of the ordinary” – Lydia Garnett. Lydia’s candid portraits of the young and unconventionally beautiful capture the urgency and style of subterranean city life, and with Accent, she shines a light on other photographers shooting their corners of the world in their own unmediated way.

At the moment, jet lag.

Good feng shui.
What’s the meaning of life?
I’m not entirely sure, but I think it’s a good idea to try and make the most of it.
