In this first episode, writer and street food connoisseur King Adz tells us of his enthusiasm for a legendary local curry spot on Back Piccadilly in Manchester.
Says Adz: “My definition of street food doesn’t have to be in the street, it’s just not a posh restaurant. […] It’s not a huge menu, always just two or three dishes, and the guy or the lady who makes does it all day in front of you.”
